Dear Guests,

You are staying in a privately run guesthouse. We have put a great deal of care into furnishing our rooms and hope that you enjoy a wonderful holiday with us or find a peaceful place to unwind after a day’s work.

The following house rules are intended as a guide and explain how we ask you to treat the rooms and their furnishings.
We have also included a few rules to make things easier for everyone, and we hope you will understand the reasons for them. By treating the rooms with care, you help us to continue providing our guests with pleasant accommodation in the future.

General

If anything is missing from your room or if you need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us. You are welcome to use all furnishings and facilities in your room and in the garden that are provided for your use. We kindly ask you to treat all furnishings and equipment with care. You are responsible for looking after the room and for ensuring that anyone travelling with you also observes these rules.

Other

Please keep all your personal belongings in your room. Do not leave clothes or shoes in the garden, as we cannot accept liability for any soiling or damage.
You are welcome to receive visitors daily between 10:00 am and 10:00 pm. Overnight stays by persons who are not registered guests are strictly prohibited.
Weapons of any kind may not be brought onto the premises.

Pets

We kindly ask you not to allow your pet to sleep on the bed, armchair or chairs in your room. Please understand that guests staying after you also expect the bed and seating to be free from pet hair. We will be happy to provide a blanket for your pet.

For Smokers

Smoking is prohibited in our rooms. You will be charged the replacement cost for any damage such as burn marks or holes in furniture, flooring, bed linen, tablecloths or similar items.
You are welcome to smoke on the terrace or in the garden, where ashtrays are provided.

Keys

Please keep your keys with you and do not hand them to anyone else. If a key is lost, the guest is liable for the cost of replacing the lock and key. Keys must not be given to third parties.
We will be happy to keep your key for you when you leave the premises.

Bathroom

For technical reasons, please do not dispose of hygiene products or food waste in the toilet.

Quiet Hours

Out of consideration for our neighbours, we kindly ask you to observe quiet hours from 10:30 pm to 6:30 am. Exceptions, such as barbecue evenings or music events, will be announced in advance.

Damage or Loss

No one deliberately damages or loses things. However, accidents can happen. We would appreciate it if you informed us of any damage or loss rather than leaving us to discover it after your departure or during the final cleaning.
The guest is liable for any damage or loss up to the replacement value.

Parking

Where a parking space in front of the guesthouse is made available to a guest, this does not constitute a safekeeping agreement.
The guesthouse accepts no liability for the loss of or damage to vehicles parked or manoeuvred on or in front of the guesthouse premises, or for their contents.

Duty of Care

Please close all windows and doors when leaving your room in order to prevent damage caused by severe weather.
When leaving the room, please switch off the lights, television and heated towel rail in the bathroom.
When reserving a room, we assume that you have read these house rules. By making a booking, you accept these rules.
